Diet Rasulullah SAW

JENIS MAKANAN

Jangan makan SUSU bersama DAGING
Jangan makan DAGING bersama IKAN
Jangan makan IKAN bersama SUSU
Jangan makan AYAM bersama SUSU
Jangan makan IKAN bersama TELUR
Jangan makan IKAN bersama DAUN SALAD
Jangan makan SUSU bersama CUKA
Jangan makan BUAH bersama SUSU (Contoh: Koktel)

CARA MAKAN

Jangan makan buah setelah makan nasi, sebaliknya makanlah buah terlebih dahulu, baru makan nasi.
Tidur 1 jam setelah makan tengah hari.
Jangan sesekali tinggal makan malam.

Mandi pagi sebelum subuh, sekurang-kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari terbit.
Waktu sembahyang subuh disunatkan kita bertafakur (iaitu sujud sekurang kurangnya seminit setelah membaca doa).

Friendship

Our friendship started many years ago.

Where the days have gone I don't know,

But when I think of all we've done

I stop and smile because we've had such fun.

I hope you know how much I care.

It's friends like you who create a pair.

I wish I were closer to share your happiness;

But near or far, I wouldn't miss

All the things you have to share.

I hope you know I am always here.

I know it is harder being miles away,

But always remember this when I say,

"Our friendship is a treasure

Well beyond any measure. "

7 Dangerous acts after a meal

1. Don’t smoke ---- Experiments from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher)
………………………..

2. Don’t eat fruits immediately --- Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Thre fore take fruits 1 -2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.
………………………..

3. Don’t drink tea------ Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hundred thus difficult to digest.
........................

4. Don’t loosen your belt---------- Loosening the belt after meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.
………………………..

5. Don’t bathe----------------- Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease, this will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
………………………..

6. Don’t walk about------------- People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
………………………..

7. Don’t sleep immediately------------ The food we intake will not be to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.
………………………..

Please forward it to your friends let them be aware…

Why do we cry :-

First of all, there are really three different types of tears. BASAL TEARS keep our eyes lubricated constantly. REFLEX TEARS are produced when our eyes get irritated, like with onions. PSYCHIC TEARS are produced when the body reacts emotionally to something. Each type of tear contains different amounts of chemical proteins and hormones. The emotional tears contain higher levels of manganese and the hormone prolactin, and this contributes in a reduction of both of these in the body; thus helping to keep depression away.

HOW DO WE CRY?

The emotional tears require an emotional response, or trigger to be activated. This response can be caused by an outside source, either pain or loss of love or from an inside source (self-realization of one's life and others). When emotions affect us, the nervous system stimulates the cranial nerve, in the brain and this sends signals to the neurotransmitters to the tear glands. Thus, we cry .

Health Benefits of Fish

_Cardiovascular Health: Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish have been proven to work wonders for your heart, and the arteries and veins that make up your cardiovascular system. A diet including fish can help prevent cardiovascular disease and heart failure by preventing the accumulation of triglycerides, reducing the levels of excess triglycerides, increasing HDL ("good") cholesterol and preventing blood clots. The benefits are greater for oily fish such as salmon and mackerel which are higher in omega-3 fatty acids.

_Blood pressure: Fish oil may be useful for lowering blood pressure, but their role in prevention is unclear. However, taking fish oil pills is not recommended.

_Weight loss: According to a study done at the University of Georgia, fish oil with DHA helps stop the conversion of pre-fat cells into fat cells by causing them to die, thus reducing overall accumulation of fat.

_Reduces the risk of Cancer: Omega 3 in fish has been shown to help prevent three of the most common forms of cancer - breast, colon and prostate.

_Increase brain function: The omega-3 fatty acids that a fish provides assist with the development of your brain. Proper intake of omega-3s helps maintain good mental focus levels in both children and adults.

_Improves vision: It is well known that fish is good for its ability to improve vision. Fish fights macular degeneration, glaucoma and dry-eye syndrome. A recent study found that people who eat at least two servings of fish per week are half as likely to develop age-related macular degeneration (a leading cause of age-related blindness) as those who eat no fish at all.

_Fights Depression: Omega 3 fatty acids in fish oil is good for relieving depression and anxiety.

_Fight inflammation: Fish, particularly fish oil, has anti inflammatory properties; therefore, it is effective in reducing inflammation in blood and tissues. Omega 3 fatty acids, particularly EPA found in fish oil, have a very positive effect on your inflammatory response thus it is very helpful in relieving painful conditions like arthritis, prostatitis and cystitis.

Anti-Aging Tips

Aging can change skin's appearance as early as your 30th birthday or by later in midlife, depending on your habits. You can't control certain factors, like falling estrogen levels that lead to sagging skin or the genetics that give you a particular bone structure. But there are also plenty of external influences on how your skin ages -- and the right anti-aging care can help blunt their damage.

Skin anti-ager #1: Focus as much on what you put in your body as on what you put on your skin.

How to do this:

Take a vitamin D supplement. Madfes recommends 1,000 IUs per day.

Eat plenty of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Ideally they should come from natural sources, including olive oil, ground flaxseed, and fish such as salmon. Fish-oil supplements are another source of these important fats, which help protect the moisture barrier. This is the protective top layer of skin that keeps moisture in but tends to thin as you age, causing dry skin.

Drink water -- in all its forms -- all day long. A liter a day is a good minimum start, Madfes says. Different body types, such as athletes, need more. Count green tea and coffee in your daily total, but go easy on the alcohol. Red wine does contain beneficial antioxidants, but it can also dilate blood vessels, contributing to the ruddy-faced skin inflammation called rosacea that tends to strike women in midlife.

Cut way back on processed foods and sugars (another reason to watch the wine intake). They promote inflammation, a biochemical process that damages the normal production of dermal cells.

Skin anti-ager #2: Halve your sun exposure.

How to do this:

One word: sunblock. Use a full tablespoon of sunscreen with a sun-protection factor (SPF) of at least 30 on your face, spreading it to your neck and ears. Know that older skin tends to be more vulnerable to the effects of the sun than younger skin.

If you tend to forget sunscreen, try the newish makeup bases and moisturizers with UV-protection built in. On the downside, you might not get the optimum amount of SPF, but Madfes says that the plus for many women is that at least they remember some protection every day -- which is better than going without.

Walk on the shady side of the street. "You really can decrease your exposure with little things," Madfes says.

Wear UV-protective clothing. A host of new apparel blocks UV rays while wicking away moisture, making these clothes especially good for outdoor exercise.

Exercise outside in the early morning or late afternoon. If you can, avoid sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when UV rays are most potent.

Skin anti-ager #3: Use a retinoid.

How to do this:

Ask a doctor about prescription-strength retinoids, which are generally most effective, Madfes says. These include tretinoin (Retin-A, Renova, Avita) and tazarotene (Tazorac, Avage). Some insurance plans cover the cost.

Follow directions carefully. Usually, starting a retinoid involves a gradual introduction of the product to avoid irritation. Eventually, most people apply it just once a day.

Know that you can still get lesser, but noticeable, benefits with an over-the-counter product, according to Madfes. Look for the ingredient retinol, or retinoic acid.

Apply at night on a clean face; that's when retinoids work best. They're also sensitive to sun, which is why night is a good application time. (But if you use a sunscreen by day, you won't be hypersensitive to the sun by using a retinoid.)

Use a moisturizer on top of the retinoid, or use a moisturizer that contains retinoid.

Know that retinoids aren't recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Skin anti-ager #4: Spend time -- not necessarily money -- on a smart morning-night routine.

How to do this:

Start every day with sunscreen, even if you'll mostly be inside. "You don't want the sun to kill all the new collagen you grew overnight," Madfes says.

Remove all makeup and wash your face before you go to bed. All day, your skin is assaulted by chemicals in the air that break down collagen and cause other damage. If you don't clean your face, your exposure to these pollutants will continue all night long, too.

After cleansing, apply a retinoid and then a moisturizer -- and sleep on a clean pillow (don't go weeks before you wash it).

Know that you don't have to spend a lot of money to get effective products. Look for companies that do a lot of safety testing, Madfes says; reputable manufacturers tend to invest more in this. Trust your instincts -- if claims sound improbable, they usually are. Because everyone's skin is unique, you may need to tinker until you find products that work best for you. Ask a dermatologist for recommendations if you're stumped.

Skin anti-ager #5: Pick cosmetic procedures that also help skin regenerate.

How to do this:

Try peels. Exfoliating (through facials or microdermabrasion creams applied at home) can make skin look brighter. This is because the turnover of cells grows slower as you age. A chemical peel is a deeper process that does the same thing while also stimulating collagen growth, Madfes says.

Find out if you're a candidate to resurface your surface. If the top layer of skin is looking brown, with a rough texture -- hallmarks of sun damage -- a relatively new procedure called fractional resurfacing can actually reverse some of the damage by increasing collagen production. Done with lasers in a doctor's office, resurfacing can improve skin texture while minimizing wrinkles, sun spots, and acne scars. This procedure can create visible improvements in patients who have significant skin damage.

Seborrheic dermatitis : Dandruff; Seborrheic eczema; Cradle cap

Seborrheic dermatitis is a common, inflammatory skin condition that causes flaky, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas such as the scalp or inside the ear. It can occur with or without reddened skin.

Cradle cap is the term used when seborrheic dermatitis affects the scalp of infants.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors

Seborrheic dermatitis is thought to be due to a combination of an over production of skin oil and irritation from a yeast called malessizia.

Seborrheic dermatitis appears to run in families. Stress, fatigue, weather extremes, oily skin, infrequent shampoos or skin cleaning, use of lotions that contain alcohol, skin disorders (such as acne), or obesity may increase the risk.

Neurologic conditions, including Parkinson's disease, head injury, and stroke may be associated with seborrheic dermatitis. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) has also been linked to increased cases of seborrheic dermatitis.

Symptoms

Seborrheic dermatitis can occur on many different body areas. Usuallky it forms where the skin is oily or greasy. Commonly affected areas include the scalp, eyebrows, eyelids, creases of the nose, lips, behind the ears, in the outer ear, and middle of the chest.

Seborrheic dermatitis in infants, also called cradle cap, is a harmless, temporary condition. It appears as thick, crusty, yellow or brown scales over the child's scalp. Similar scales may also be found on the eyelids, ear, around the nose, and in the groin. Cradle cap may be seen in newborns and small children up to age 3 .

Cradle cap is not contagious, nor is it caused by poor hygiene. It is not an allergy, and it is not dangerous. Cradle cap may or may not itch. If it itches, excessive scratching of the area may cause additional inflammation, and breaks in skin may cause mild infections or bleeding.

In general, symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis include:

Skin lesions

Plaques over large area

Greasy, oily areas of skin

Skin scales -- white and flaking, or yellowish, oily, and adherent -- "dandruff"

Itching -- may become more itchy if infected

Mild redness

Hair loss

Signs and tests

The diagnosis is based on the appearance and location of the skin lesions.

Treatment

You can treat flaking and dryness with over-the-counter dandruff or medicated shampoos. Shampoo the hair vigorously and frequently (preferably daily). Loosen scales with the fingers, scrub for at least 5 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Active ingredients in these shampoos include salicylic acid, coal tar, zinc, resorcin, ketoconazole, or selenium.

Shampoos or lotions containing selenium, ketoconazole, or corticosteroids may be prescribed for severe cases. To apply shampoos, part the hair into small sections, apply to a small area at a time, and massage into the skin. If on face or chest, apply medicated lotion twice per day. Recently, creams classified as topical immune modulators are being used.

Seborrheic dermatitis may improve in the summer, especially after outdoor activities.

For infants with cradle cap:

Massage your baby's scalp gently with your fingers or a soft brush to loosen the scales and improve scalp circulation.

Give your child daily, gentle shampoos with a mild soap while scales are present. After scales have disappeared, you may reduce shampoos to twice weekly.

Be sure to rinse off all soap.

Brush your child's hair with a clean, soft brush after each shampoo and several times during the day.

If scales do not easily loosen and wash off, apply some mineral oil to the baby's scalp and wrap warm, wet cloths around his head for up to an hour before shampooing. Then, shampoo as directed above. Remember that your baby loses a lot of heat through his scalp. If you use warm, wet cloths with the mineral oil, check frequently to be sure that the cloths have not become cold. Cold, wet cloths could drastically reduce your baby's temperature.

If the scales continue to be a problem or concern, or if you child seems uncomfortable or scratches his scalp, contact your physician. He may prescribe a cream or lotion to apply to your baby's scalp several times a day.

Expectations (prognosis)

Seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic (life-long) condition that can be controlled with treatment. It often has extended inactive periods followed by flare-ups. A more extreme form of this condition overlaps with psoriasis of the scalp and is called sebopsoriasis.

Complications

Psychological distress, low self esteem, embarrassment

Secondary bacterial or fungal infections

Calling your health care provider

Call for an appointment with your health care provider if seborrheic dermatitis symptoms do not respond to self-care or over-the-counter treatments.

Also call if patches of seborrheic dermatitis drain fluid or pus, form crusts, or become very red or painful.

Prevention

The severity of seborrheic dermatitis can be lessened by controlling the risk factors and by paying careful attention to skin care

Acne

Acne vulgaris; Cystic acne; Pimples; Zits

Acne is a skin condition that causes whiteheads, blackheads, and inflamed red growths (papules, pustules, and cysts) to form. These growths are commonly called pimples or "zits."

Causes, incidence, and risk factors

Acne occurs when tiny holes on the surface of the skin, called pores, become clogged.

Each pore is an opening to a follicle, which contains a hair and an oil gland. These oil glands help lubricate the skin and help remove old skin cells.

When glands produce too much oil, the pores can become blocked. Dirt, debris, bacteria, and inflammatory cells build up. The blockage is called a plug or comedone.

The top of the plug may be white (whitehead) or dark (blackhead).

If the plug breaks open, the material inside causes swelling and red bumps to form.

If the inflammation is deep in your skin, the pimples may enlarge to form firm, painful cysts.

Acne is a problem of swelling and inflammation, not a problem caused by bacteria.

Acne is most common in teenagers, but it can happen at any age, even in an infant. Three out of four teenagers have some acne. Hormonal changes probably cause increased oil in the skin. However, people in their 30s and 40s may also have acne.

Acne tends to run in families and can be triggered by:

Hormonal changes related to menstrual periods, pregnancy, birth control pills, or stress

Greasy or oily cosmetic and hair products

Certain drugs (such as steroids, testosterone, estrogen, and phenytoin)

High levels of humidity and sweating

Despite the popular belief that chocolate, nuts, and greasy foods cause acne, research does not confirm this idea. Diets high in refined sugars may be related to acne, though.

Symptoms

Acne commonly appears on the face and shoulders, but it may also occur on the trunk, arms, legs, and buttocks.

Blackheads

Crusting of skin bumps

Cysts

Papules (small red bumps)

Pustules

Redness around the skin eruptions

Scarring of the skin

Whiteheads

Signs and tests

Your doctor can diagnose acne based on the appearance of the skin. Testing is usually not required.

Treatment

SELF-CARE

Steps you can take to help your acne:

Clean your skin gently with a mild, nondrying soap (such as Dove, Neutrogena, Cetaphil, CeraVe, or Basics). Remove all dirt or make-up. Wash once or twice a day, including after exercising. However, avoid scrubbing or repeated skin washing.

Shampoo your hair daily, especially if it is oily. Comb or pull your hair back to keep the hair out of your face.

What NOT to do:

Try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the pimples. Although it might be tempting to do this, it can lead to skin infections and scarring.

Avoid wearing tight headbands, baseball caps, and other hats

Avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers.

Avoid greasy cosmetics or creams. Take off make-up at night. Look for water-based or "noncomedogenic" formulas. Noncomedogenic products have been tested and proven not to clog pores and cause acne.

If these steps do not clear up the blemishes, try over-the-counter acne medications. You apply these products directly to your skin.

They may contain benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, resorcinol, or salicylic acid.

They work by killing bacteria, drying up skin oils, or causing the top layer of your skin to peel.

They may cause redness or peeling of the skin.

A small amount of sun exposure may improve acne a little, but mostly it just hides the acne. However, too much exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet rays is not recommended because it increases the risk for skin cancer.

PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES

If pimples are still a problem, a health care provider can prescribe stronger medications and discuss other options with you.

Antibiotics may help some people with acne:

Oral antibiotics (taken by mouth) such as tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, erythromycin, trimethoprim, and amoxicillin

Topical antibiotics (applied to the skin) such as clindamycin, erythromycin, or dapsone

Creams or gels applied to the skin may be prescribed:

Retinoic acid cream or gel (tretinoin, Retin-A)

Prescription formulas of benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, resorcinol, or salicylic acid

Topical azelaic acid

For women whose acne is caused or made worse by hormones:

A pill called spironolactone may help

Birth control pills may help in some cases, though they may make acne worse

Minor procedures or treatments may also be helpful:

A laser procedure called photodynamic therapy

Your doctor may also suggest chemical skin peeling, removal of scars by dermabrasion, or removal, drainage, or injection of cysts with cortisone

People who have cystic acne and scarring may try a medicine called isotretinoin (Accutane). You will be watched closely when taking this medicine because of its side effects.

Pregnant women should NOT take Accutane, because it causes severe birth defects. Women taking Accutane must use two forms of birth control before starting the drug and enroll in the iPledge program. Your doctor will follow you on this drug and you will have regular blood tests.

Expectations (prognosis)

Acne usually goes away after the teenage years, but it may last into middle age. The condition often responds well to treatment after 6 - 8 weeks, but it may flare up from time to time.

Scarring may occur if severe acne is not treated. Some people, especially teenagers, can become very depressed if acne is not treated.

Calling your health care provider

Call your doctor or a dermatologist if:

Self-care measures and over-the-counter medicine have not helped after several months

Your acne is severe (for example, you have a lot of redness around the pimples or you have cysts)

Your acne is getting worse

You develop scars as your acne clears up

Call your baby's health care provider if your baby has acne that does not clear up on its own within 3 months.

Health Benefits of Carrot

<3 Carrot can enhance the quality of breast milk.

<3 Carrot can improve the appearance of the skin, hair and nails.

<3 When taken daily it can lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

<3  Raw contain beta-carotene, a strong antioxidant that can prevent cancer.

<3  Carrot juice when taken everyday prevent bodily infections and is claimed to be valuable for the adrenal glands (the small endocrine glands situated above the kidneys).

<3 Carrot can help improve eyesight.

<3 Carrot can help increase menstrual flow.

<3 Carrots can regulate blood sugar.

<3 Carrot can promote colon health, because carrot is rich in fiber.

Tips To Clear Skin

1. Wash your face at least twice each day, using a pure soap such as Ivory, and clean water. Hot water opens pores, so wash with hot water. Cold water closes pores, so splash your face with cold water after washing to ensure that your pores are protected from the environment. Splash with cold water before applying makeup as well.

2. Reduce the use of cosmetics as much as possible. These clog pores. If you must wear makeup, make sure that you are using hypoallergenic products, or products for sensitive skin. Splash your face with cold water before applying, and make sure you wash all the makeup away before going to bed.

3. Keep you hair and hands off your face. Hair and hands contain oils that can cause acne breakouts. When applying creams or makeup to the face, use applicators - not your hands. Don't lean with your hands on your face either. Keep your hair pulled back off your face.

4. Hydrate the body - and the skin - with water. Hydrated skin is healthy skin. Water helps to detoxify our bodies, and our skin, ridding us of elements that make us ill, as well as elements that can cause acne.

5. Eat a well balanced diet, and make sure that you include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain quite a bit of natural vitamin A and vitamin E, which is essential to good skin care.

6. Don't avoid the sun altogether, because that isn't healthy, but limit your time in the sun, and use a good sunscreen. Overexposure to the sun, or ultraviolet rays, can not only cause acne, but it can cause skin to age quickly. It can also cause skin cancer. Make sure you wash the sunscreen off when you come in from the sun to avoid getting clogged pores.

7. Don't squeeze pimples, or pick at any sores. This can cause the spread of acne, and it can leave scars as well. Instead, treat the pimples and sores with topical ointments and creams, keeping your hands off of them. Use cotton balls or q-tips to apply ointments and creams.

8.Stress is bad for the skin. Just as good hormones and chemicals are produced and released when we sleep, bad hormones and chemicals are produced when we are stressed. Avoid stress as much as possible, and learn to do deep breathing exercises, or other stress reducing techniques, for those times when you are stressed.

Hukum Memakai Inai Untuk Lelaki
